Trevor is a results-driven professional with extensive experience providing financial management within the healthcare industry. His ability to connect the dots between strategic initiatives, operational decisions, and financial performance allows Trevor to tailor his approach to his clients’ most pressing compensation needs. Trevor’s focus on provider compensation design is inspired by his goal to align incentives between payers, performers, and consumers.
Prior to joining ECG, Trevor led financial performance services for StratiFi Health, a practice management and population health services organization. In this role, he acted as an adviser or interim CFO to clients with projects relating to revenue cycle performance, provider productivity, data analytics, expense management, compensation administration and design, and strategic decision support. At StratiFi Health, while working with a 50 plus-provider independent primary care clinic, Trevor led the redesign of both the physician and APP compensation models to meaningfully incorporate incentives for quality and performance within value-based care payer contracts. This work led to a 25% increase in shared-savings opportunities for the practice that improved its financial stability and provider engagement.
